Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your HatDock™. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns You may return your HatDock™ within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in unused, resellable condition. Because HatDock™ uses a strong 3M adhesive backing, returned units must not have been mounted or have the adhesive liner removed.

How to Start a Return Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your HatDock™ arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.
