1. Products & Pricing All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and product offerings at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product details and images accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device displays colors accurately.
2. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Product Use HatDock™ is designed to hold hats on a vehicle dashboard. You are responsible for installing and using the product safely and in compliance with all applicable laws, including those regarding visibility and unobstructed operation of your vehicle. Do not place the product where it obstructs your view or interferes with safe operation of your vehicle.

Intellectual Property HatDock™ and all associated logos, designs, and content on this site are the property of Soto Innovative Holdings LLC and are protected by trademark, copyright, and patent law. The HatDock™ product is the subject of a pending U.S. patent application. No part of this site or product design may be copied, reproduced, or imitated without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soto Innovative Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
